EDCO is a family-owned business that prides themselves on supporting both their employees and their community. Dawn Cox has arranged a field trip to the EDCO Resource Recovery center to see their variety of recycling activities, including the rapid sorting of recyclables, their huge anaerobic digesters that produce fuel to power the EDCO fleet. The District Foundation Seminar showcases the inspiring projects that are underway at the Club, District, and International level. Red Badgers are particularly encouraged to come. Not only does the Seminar qualify as a District event, it provides a broader perspective on Rotary projects and an opportunity to meet Rotarians from other clubs. Long-time Rotarians will be reinvigorated with multiple reminders of the "why" behind all we do. BONUS: All registrants receive 250 points towards their next (or first!) Paul Harris Fellow.
