San Diego County Sheriff Captain Theresa Adams-Hydar was the program speaker January 29th. She talked about the present law enforcement status of the North County. She has been here one year, tweeking the system here and there. Crime statistics have dropped. She also explained how the new enforcement laws are affecting incarcerations, etc.
