Congratulations to Janice Hall Kurth for being recognized as one of the Salvation Army San Diego Women of Dedication for 2023. Janice is a past president and was Rotary District 5340 District Governor for 2015-2016. She is an invaluable guide for Global Grants in our district, and also serves on the Boards of the MiraCosta College Foundation and Girl Scouts San Diego. In an interview for La Jolla Light Newspaper, Janice said that she sees education as the best way beat poverty and thus providing educational opportunities is one of the best investments communities can make for their future.
