We are fortunate that Rotary International holds its annual International Assembly right in our own back yard, at Manchester Grand Hyatt in downtown San Diego. This year Dugan and Philippe Lamoise hosted the gathering. This year we had: Patrick and Terry Obath from District 9212 (Kenya, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Eritrea) Rosetti Nabbumba, DGE from District 9211 (Tanzania and Uganda) DGE Davinder Singh and his wife Dolly Sachdeva, of District 3070 (northern India, where Gamru School is located) DGE Rick Stacy and his wife Susan from District 5870 in Central Texas, and DGE Emidio Cunha and his wife Auxiliadora of District 4500 in Brazil. Astrid Durand Viel, of France, represented Rotaract Mediterranean and from the IA Training Leaders were Naioua and Lotfi Azouz of Tunisia.  Past District Governors Jean-Pierre Noirtin (France) and Mel Gallegos with his wife Jude also attended, as did Club 33 members Roger and Beverly Haines, Walter Lam, and Stan and Leigh Hartman.  We congratulate all the DGEs and wish them every success in their Rotary year.
