Thank you to all the members who attended the District Training Session at Liberty Station Conference Center on March 25, 2023. Don and Donna Fipps (and Rosebud, of course) were there, with Don leading several sessions in his capacity as District Governor Elect, as were Clay Sheffrey, Matt Kurth and Rex Mize. Sharon Schendel came for the afternoon session after attending most of the RYLA facilitator session in Encinitas (Greg Harris, RYLA committee member was up in Encinitas, too). Janice Kurth gave a comprehensive discussion of the ins and outs of Global Grants. Thanks to these members (apologies if we missed anyone), we’re ready and eligible to apply for District and Global Grants in the upcoming Rotary Year.
