Attorneys James Chodzko and Judith Copeland from the non profit West Coast Resolution Group discussed mediation, the different types, how to engage and select mediators and what we can expect from the process.  The legal aspects of mediation were reviewed; it is legally enforceable and the rates are typically much less than fees related to litigation.
