Erica Hwang, who won our local contest and the regional contest, will compete in the finals of the District 5340 Music Competition. The concert will be at 2 PM on Sunday, March 18 in the Schulman Auditorium of the Carlsbad main library on 1775 Dove Lane in southern Carlsbad.
