Conflict Resolution in the Workplace

Debra Dupree founded Relationships at Work to help business professionals learn effective strategies to resolve conflicts that arise in the workplace and develop a positive work environment.

Dr. Dupree has a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Psychology from University of California Santa Barbara and a Doctor in Psychology from Ryokan College, with thesis research that focused on differences in the psychology of good and bad bosses.
