Kids for Peace: Empowering Children to Promote Peace

Kids for Peace provides a platform for young people to actively engage in socially conscious leadership, community service, arts, environmental stewardship and global friendships. Through 300 interconnected chapters across the world, Kids for Peace projects and programs empower youth to create a more healthy and harmonious planet. As an educator for special needs children, Kids for Peace Vice President Toni Hood aimed to foster communities of teachers and learners who value multiculturalism, peaceful coexistence, and thoughtful acts of kindness.
