DESCRIPTION:The District Foundation Seminar showcases the inspiring project
 s that are underway at the Club\, District\, and International level. Red 
 Badgers are particularly encouraged to come. Not only does the Seminar qua
 lify as a District event\, it provides a broader perspective on Rotary pro
 jects and an opportunity to meet Rotarians from other clubs. Long-time Rot
 arians will be reinvigorated with multiple reminders of the "why" behind a
 ll we do. BONUS:  All registrants receive 250 points towards their next (
 or first!) Paul Harris Fellow.  Attend and you're already one-quarter of 
 the way there.   Check-in opens at 7:30 AM and the program begins at 8:3
