Bessie Floyd received her Paul Harris plus 5 from John Baranowski, The Rotary Foundation Chair. President Tom Ryan announced the Board of Directors voted to make Bessie an Honorary Member for life. Congratulations! Bessie's husband Ron watched and took photos.
